Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@youthfulmoon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@youthfulmoon.com so that we can assess the issue and help make it right. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur naturally in some handmade products and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order once the refund has been processed.
