Karma Lekshey Ling Shedra, established in 1990 at the request of His Eminence Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, aims to provide the sons of Himalayan Buddhist families with an education that combines monastic training with the study of philosophy, logic, and religious history. The initiative began with just thirty students and has grown significantly over the years, continually expanding its reach and impact.
